i think that there should be another attribute. heart or desire. i think that a attribute like that should be implumented. it should not be able to be changed through training. what it would do is allow a player to do something that normally could not be done, like throwing the ball extremly far, or break a lot of talkles. stuff like this would happen during a clinch play or on somebodies last game before they retire.
