Shoes, helmets, turf, and padding, were legal back in the legends' times. Steroids weren't, and they still aren't today. If steroids were legal, I probably wouldn't be as mad about it as I am now, but the point is they're illegal, so he cheated. You can say the rule is wrong, or that other stuff has come along that's better, and you're probably right, but the fact is that the rule is the rule and people who break the rules are cheaters, and I don't want to have a cheater hold a record like the All-Time Home Run record.

BTW almost all atheletes have been on roids since the late 80's to early 90's.. the superhuman growth you are seeing in bonds (head getting bigger ) and stuff is Human Growth hormones not roids.. Roids don't make you that big.. fact is most guys you see that look big.. they are on roids. The guys that are huge.. they are using growth hormones. They lie that foolish peopel believe is that if they work out enough they can be the size of people they see that they think are "natural" the truth is without roids you are either big (strong) and fat or you are puny. |
