First: I think the graphics are great. I like them better than the 2k4 crap.
Second: Madden Challenge is awesome. I use the Wind Gust cheat and the one where you can hit a kick from anywhere on the field every now and then.
And, some of the other stuff you said, like make more interceptions, would make it way too hard for the computer to pass and way to easy for corners to pick.
