i dont get safetied either. i just notice the play doesn't exist, but i've seen teams in real life take a safety and then try a recovery (i.e. boys at pats last year right near the end).

nah wont work doing low power. i did 3% power, the ball still went got to about midfield. the problem is the kick arrow.

basically, in addition to wanting all my guys lined up on one side, i would want the arrow down like to floor level, like with the normal onside kick.

btw the thing about players wanting to re-sign is part of madden 2005 (if you check your email in owners off season, and also dont release a bunch of players before moving on to the owners off season mode, since you only get 5 emails per week) just i want more emphasis on this with the re-sign players task in the off-season scrapped. coz knowing ea, if they were to scrap re-sign players, there'd be no way to keep your players and like there'd be mass movement of players which is unrealistic. most teams in real life are able to retain the majority of their good 'contract year' players, coz a lot of players will want to stay with their current team, coz they know the system, their guaranteed a starting spot, etc, etc.
