He may not have a stellar season but he is at least 10x the improvement at running back than last year. He'll start off a bit slow in my opinion because it is a new system. Having heart and determination is great when players are faced with critical situations... it helps them maintain their cool and composure. That also makes him a leader. If you look at the offense last year, who was the best leader beside Richie Anderson? Great leadership and esteem alone can lift teams off the ground and push running backs through holes.

(I'm just glad my Texans don't have to face him anymore)
