1) Colts: barring injury to their key offensive players

2) Texans: Time for a breakout year, possible playoff appearance

3) Jaguars: Will make some good strides, win about 7 games.

4) Titans: Lost George and Kearse, but I'd still put them last with those guys. I think this team has maxed out their potential.
