2) Also having to do with trades. Lets say you are discussing a trade with someone in the public trade forum. And one side of the trade is only giving Draft Picks (or both sides) and then you agree on the trade. If another owner offers up better draft picks than those that were agreed on then that owner now gets the trade. There is no reason a person would not accept better picks unless collusion was taking place, so nobody should have a problem with this rule.

Let me give an example of what I mean.

Lets say I agree to trade Eddie george to Owner A for a second round pick. Everything is agreed upon by both sides. Owner B can come in and offer a 1st round pick and Then I have to give him George instead (I would anyway)

Now lets say owner B offered a second and a third. Do I have to give eddie to him? Well that depends. It depends on whether or not we KNOW what those picks will be, if not then the answer is NO. If the answer is YES, then we will go off of a draft pick value chart if that second and 3rd have a higher value than the other owners 2nd then yes I do (the pick value chart will be posted at the league website)

3) This is not a rule but I am strongly suggesting this, I mean STRONGLY!! I would like all participants to have at the very least have a Instant messenging program. I want to add you to my contact list. And 2 I would like all league particiapants to get and be able to use TEAMSPEAK. Which is a voice chat program and will really help during the draft etc.
