If your playin against the computer they do a really good job at staying in the pocket. I like to do a cover 3 or 4 and use my DE's in the flats, this way you have the entire field covered. Putting pressure on the comp QB is very difficult IMO unless your playing rookie.

But against PVP online i have somewhat of a similar stratagy. Try using BAL playbook and working out of the Nickel Split package. It has a great cover 1 man, cover 2 man, several zones, and my favorite monster blitz 3.

Flip it to where your SS is blitzing, align him just next to the LE bring up your backers in the strong side a gap and you should hopefully have instant pressure with over the top zone coverage. Dont forget to pres your coverage.

If he has a great qb, i reccommed cover 3 with the LB placed on the line in man. If he using a mediocre qb (ex, sanchez, collins, flacco, ect) blitz the piss out of him.

Another good blitz i and everyone else uses is 3-4 normal set, cover 2

1. tightin d line, pinch d line
2. bring up the middle backers into the gaps, blitz them manually
3. reblitz all linemen
4. press coverage
now the only options he wil have to throw to is a flat route or possibly a TE slant, this will get you a sack if ran correctly 7 out of 10 times.
