to load ur team...just push the Y button to load ur team. It works for both quickplay and franchise.
and idk if you can put a created player on a created team. I had trouble tryin to figure that out on last years madden. I know you can put him as a free agent and do a fantasy draft and try to draft him or put him on some team then trade for him.
