Releasing Expiring Contract Players in the Offseason
I cannot figure out how to release players whose contracts have run out while in the re-sign players screen...I know how to release them during the season, but they're still under contract. I also made sure to set the control to resign players to USER, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Do you have to release players from the roster before advancing to the offseason?

Also, I signed and hired new staff, but I can't figure out how to advance to view my scouted players, etc...I know I'm ignorant here, but can someone PLEASE help me. I'd be forever indebted.
