i'm in a league
not sure how...but i kept trying different leagues and majority of them came up with the same error message. i found two that finally allowed me to join. my suggestion would be customize your search. rather than searching for any league specifications. pick how many players or minutes or level you want to play. i did that and had some leagues pop up that seemed new and it worked!
