First off all, as I read that you wont have the time it needs to run the SIM LEAGUE if you do the other ‘league’ or whatever it is I already started to dislike the idea. I never tried the game and do not think I will do it. But if it helps to attract more people to Maddenboard and even helps you in other ways like motivation and regular revenue you should do it.
My heart belongs to our league, but if it helps you, you should go for it…

I think there needs to be some meaning to it though. I mean, there isn't really a huge incentive to Goal line. If there could be a reward system for doing well in this and have it be tried to MB in some shape or form, I think that'd be great.

Oddly enough Cash and I had that exact conversation. And yes... I believe it would be easy to make it matter, it's just playing with the numbers to make it realistic.
And quite frankly... It's one of our strong points.

It's been said many a time before by many a programmer of games. It would be something that we would want to play. Given how far Cash is willing to go to have a great sim league... This would be no different.

I think that the Madden Board Sim League is unique and there really isn't anything else out there like it when it's running because of all the special "programming a la Cash". Having said that, is there any chance that MB may make the move to League Pulse software? I only bring this up because of the time that's involved on Cash's part. I'm sure it's already been discussed, and that Cash & the mods would prefer his type of league, but for all the time and effort that's involved it may be an option worth considering.
