The first think you should do is take the time to find out exactly what it takes to be apart of the league. For starters you need 2000 points. Now you can get these from posting, asking someone to donate to you, or by sending in money ($10) to get the 2000 points. ( I believe thats what it takes to get 2000 points anyways)
Team openings come and go, but once you meet the requirements for getting a team then you can think about which ones are open.
