i dont know if i already said these but these are soem things that hit me
1. be able to talk players out of retirement...maybe a big deal would keep them on the field
2.i liked how on ps2 madden 07 i think players earned roles as like future player or deep threat, an there was one like underperformer, an stuff like that where it raises or decreases there trade value
3.have like a in game momemntum bar or somethin where if its in your favor you git like plus 2 er 3 to some stats an if its not in your favor you get minus 2 er 3 to some stats
4. an intelligence level, so like a HB knows to either cut block or not an defenders no when to tackle for legs or hit em hard, an other sutff
an last but not least... try an get a picture of every single player it bothers me when my game doesnt have a picture =þ
