If a trade is outbid, and hence deleted...But the outbidder does then not submit the trade on the league site, so in other words, its not on the site, but its in the Outbid Thread...Do you have to post the outbid, or just submit it?

Basically, I was outbid, the trade was deleted but a new one not submitted, so I outbid the outbid, and submitted it. Is this the right thing to do, or should it be announced in the outbid thread first? (I checked but I didnt see a ruling on this anywhere)
