Well, it would mostly be like the Dreamcast Visual Concepts 2kx series games. What would happen is both players call plays on their Game Boy Advance, maybe have custom playbooks stored on there, with a small screen layout of the plays. They cannot see what the other person is choosing at all. Then when your play begins you use your regular Gamecube controller (where you could audible, etc). This makes your playcalling much more secretive than allowing your opponents to see it on screen. The current scheme allows you to fake out the playcalling, but the other person sees the selections you looked at. Its like watching a coach look at his playbook to see what he is eyeing up. If you play the Dreamcast 2k series with a VMU you would be able to do this. I think this would be a great addition to Madden, especially with the GBA and Sony's PSP coming soon. Honestly, this is the coolest and most innovative thing I've seen on a football game in years. Too bad the Dreamcast is dead!
