All I am saying is to allow owners to offer on trades you already have pending. If you don't like their offer you can turn them down, but give them the chance don't just say (no I've already agreed) because by league rule there is no 'agreed' till its in the agreed trades thread.
Which reminds me... I am adding something to the first post so if you already read it, read it again
